Bernard Castillo II joined the University of the Virgin Islands in the Fall of 2009. Prior to UVI, he was a visiting assistant chemistry professor at Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY. He completed his Ph. D. in Chemistry with a focus in Organic Chemistry in 2008 at the University of Connecticut.
